Complete construction of a new washbay inside existing equipment shed. Project includes but is not limited to: All necessary Building and Service Permits, All management, labour, and supervision, All materials, plant, tools, and transportation, All mechanical services, equipment and installation, All electrical services, equipment and installation, All reasonable incidentals, Warranty of workmanship and materials, All work shall be performed to the highest industry standards, using best practices and skilled labour. Any defects, substandard workmanship, or deviations from the approved plans and specifications shall be corrected at the contractor’s expense. Workmanship shall reflect attention to detail, and a commitment to quality in all aspects of construction.
