Summary

City of Ottawa seeks professional IT services for planning, implementation and support of IT infrastructure, platforms and applications across hundreds of municipal facilities. This RFSO will add qualified firms to the City’s eligible vendors list for future IT engagements supporting business operations in Ottawa.

The City of Ottawa's Information Technology Services (ITS) manages information and communication technology to support a large range of services delivered to internal clients. The IT infrastructure behind these services spans 100’s of facilities spread across a large geographic area. A large portfolio of technology platforms and applications both business specific, and enterprise-wide, on premises and hosted, are supported internally and through vendor support. The City will be looking for professional services to assist with the planning, implementation and support of current and new technologies that enable innovative and cost-effective technology solutions to support the business operations for the City of Ottawa. The City of Ottawa is therefore seeking offers from firms to provide Professional IT Services. NOTE: This posting will serve to add new respondents to the eligible vendors list. Respondents that have completed Amendment No.1, Amendment No.2, Amendment No.3, Amendment No.4, Amendment No.5, Amendment No.6, or Amendmend No. 7 are not required to respond to Amendment No.8.
