How to use service tickets in the mobile app

To use service tickets in the WorkxPro mobile app, open Tickets to see the work assigned to you. Tap a ticket to see the customer, the site, and what needs doing, update it as you go, then close it out from your phone once the job is finished, without calling the office for details.
